Shipping:
Collectibles, Dept 56, Estate Items & Craft Items are normally shipped within 48 hours. The seller does not have control over the shipping speed of items shipped direct from the distributer. For combined shipping on pins please add 50 cents for each additional pin. There is time and labor involved with sorting, pulling, packing and shipping pins. After sitting down with the small business administration this .50 per pin charge was the lowest charge that we could come up with just to cover the over head cost involved. Unfortunately, this means the seller is not able to offer further shipping discounts if you purchase very large quantities. Payment is due within 7 days of the purchase of the first pin. Please note : The computer system does not recognize email correspondence between buyer and seller it only looks at dates purchase date vs current date and will send items automatically to unpaid item on the 8th day. Policies:
Returns are not accepted for most items. Few exceptions apply and are noted in the listings.
In the event that it is agreed that an item be returned for refund the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. A refund will only be issued for the purchase price of the item.
